Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "Client"), and our company, concerning your access to and use of this Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software as a service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ERP system strictly for your internal business operations. Resale, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution of the software is strictly prohibited.

Access to the ERP system requires a valid subscription. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. We bill you through an online billing account for your purchases. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if payment is delayed or fails.

You retain full ownership of all data, text, information, and other content that you submit into the ERP system. We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your data but do not guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for data loss caused by user error or uncontrollable external factors.

We strive to ensure the ERP system is available 24/7. However, we may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. Dedicated technical support is provided in accordance with your chosen subscription tier.

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the system.
