Scrap is submitted via a ScrapRequest which must be verified by a manager. Upon approval, current stock valuations and levels update automatically.
What is a Multi-Warehouse Stock Transfer request?↓
It is a transaction document tracking stock movements between physical locations. Stock is set as 'In Transit' at the source and is only added to the destination ledger once receipt is verified by the destination manager.
How does the Low Stock Alert system work?↓
Each catalog item has a configurable minimum safety threshold. When current stock falls below this limit, the system auto-emits in-app alerts and lists a draft purchase requisition.
How is asset depreciation calculated?↓
Serialized assets are assigned depreciation methods (Straight-Line or Double-Declining). The system recalculates current asset values dynamically at the end of every fiscal cycle.
Can we restrict user visibility by warehouse branch?↓
Yes. Warehouse operator accounts can be restricted to specific branch scopes in their user profiles, restricting their lookup access to their assigned bins and locations.
