As a provider of enterprise software, we collect information across two categories: Client Account Data (billing details, contact names, subscription tiers) necessary to manage your commercial account, and Platform Data (system usage logs, application analytics) to ensure stable software performance. We do not inspect or monetize your proprietary business data entered into the ERP.

The proprietary business data (inventory, invoices, employee records, etc.) you input into the ERP remains strictly your property. We process this data solely as a service provider acting on your behalf to deliver the software functionality. We do not share, sell, or use your business data for our own commercial purposes.

We employ robust organizational and technical measures to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and security of your data. This includes encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, regular automated backups, and role-based access control to prevent unauthorized internal or external access.

We may share necessary administrative information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our software infrastructure, conducting our business, or managing billing (e.g., cloud hosting providers, payment gateways). These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and data processing addendums.

We retain your business data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon termination or cancellation of your subscription, you will be provided a grace period to export your data, after which we will securely delete and purge your proprietary data from our active databases in accordance with our retention policies.
